What and why
In the admin, a member uploads a receipt (PDF or image) to the private store; Claude reads amount, date, vendor and a category suggestion; the admin shows a draft ledger line that a member confirms or corrects. Nothing is written to the ledger without a click. Develop with sample receipts. Contributors have no Anthropic key: it must work with a stubbed extractor (LLM_PROVIDER=mock) locally and in CI. Sign in locally with DEV_LOGIN.
