What and why
Suggestions can carry a screenshot (private until accepted). The API serves it to members at the triage route, but the admin's Suggestions sheet doesn't show it. Show the image in the sheet (loaded through the members-only route, never a public URL), with a way to open it full size, and a note when there is none.
