No limit on tasks a member holds
Members take on as many tasks as they can finish.

What and why
Today a member holds one task until their first merge, then two. We drop that limit: anyone with GitHub linked and an active account can hold any number of tasks. The other limits stay (proposals and posts a day, open suggestions, tasks created a day, idle release).

The site, llms.txt and docs no longer mention the limit
