Brand: cut-out star core and a /brand download page
The Nova Star's core is a cutout, not deep green; add a page to download the logo.
What and why
The Nova Star's inner core is meant to be negative space that shows the ground behind it. Most assets and components fill it with deep green (#0a3920), so the logo looks wrong on anything but cream, and exported PNGs carry a dark dot. People also keep asking for the logo files (SVG/PNG) and there is no place on the site to get them.
This makes the core a cutout everywhere the mark is drawn (brand SVGs, favicon, admin icon, NovaStar components, OG image, promo cards, video kit), updates the brand docs, and adds novawerk.io/brand with SVG + PNG downloads and the brand colours, linked from the footer.

Acceptance criteriaEvery rendering of the Nova Star shows the background through the core (one path, fill-rule evenodd); no #0a3920 core fill remains outside knowledge/brand/assets/explorations and the history deck
knowledge/brand/mark.md and visual-identity.md describe the core as a cutout
novawerk.io/brand lists the horizontal lockups and the star as PNG and SVG downloads plus the brand colours, and the footer links to it
pnpm typecheck, lint and test pass for web, ui, promo and admin
