What and why
Build a new agent (pnpm new:agent finance-digest) that reads the finance ledger for a month and drafts a summary into records: income and spending by category, open items, entries without a receipt. The dev seed has no ledger rows: add your own fixtures. Develop and test only against fixtures and --dry-run (the dry run fakes records/, which is private); it never sees our real ledger, and members wire it into the private workflow. Include a short design in your proposal.
